VoomPC-2 car PC enclosure

The voomPC(TM) automotive (car, boat, electric cart) enclosure is a small, rugged car PC (carputer) enclosure designed to work in harsh enviroments such as dust and high temperatures. Made our of massive 5.5mm extruded aluminum profile, the voomPC(TM) car PC (carputer) encloure was designed to work with any type of mini-ITX motherboard (170x170mm) from fanless configurations such as VIA mini-ITX or Pentium or low power Pentium-M processors, making it the ideal car PC solution. This car PC / carputer enclosure is specifically designed to work with the M1-ATX or M2-ATX car PC automotive power supply series, sold separately, scroll below for more information.

Your ideal under the seat or trunk car computer

The VoomPC-2 car PC (carputer) enclosure can take a SlimCD drive and a 2.5" drive.

At the front there are 2x USB ports and 2x RCA Audio connectors.

Das Gehäuse hat meine Erwartungen erfüllt, es hätte etwas leichter sein können, punktet aber so durch absolute Robustheit und problemlose Montage. Alle erforderlichen Teile und Teilchen sind ausreichend vorhanden und gut verpackt.

So einfach wie mit dießem Gehäuse ist nicht einmal der einbau eines Mini-ATX-Boards in ein normales Mini-ATX Gehäuse.
Weiters sind alle benötigten Teile dabei, nur das Lüfterkabel sollte etwas länger sein für das Intel Deskpro Board D510MO is es um ca 2 cm zu kurz. Das Gehäuse macht aber einen sehr robusten und qualitativen hohen Eindruck!
